For a long-time, the borders of Busia, Malaba, Swam, Bumbo and lake landing sites have so little security surveillance, people cross to and fro freely including aliens. The security teams are complacent and if not attended to, a bigger cross border thuggery gang is on rampage, one day a very bad situation will happen.
